The Story
Why I Built This Framework
I came to Canada with credentials, drive, and a clear plan. What I didn't expect was the invisible layer of friction that comes with being new to a country, to a culture, to a professional environment that doesn't always signal where the real rules are.
I worked harder. I delivered more. I waited for recognition that came slowly, inconsistently, and never quite matched what I was putting in.
It took years for me to understand what was actually happening. I wasn't hitting a glass ceiling. I was hitting a ceiling I had helped build through the stories I told myself, the way I stayed quiet when I should have spoken, the deference I showed when I should have led.
That realization became the foundation for everything I do now.
I wrote Invisible Ceilings because the framework that freed me needed to exist in a form that could reach others. Today I work with professionals, leaders, and organizations to help them see the ceiling, name the patterns, and build the habits that break through it - permanently.
